Hi there! Have some questions about our company? Find the answers below. 
  • What are your business hours?

    I have a part time job and prefer to take cake orders for weekends, however if given enough notice, cake orders can be accepted for a weekday.

  • Do you deliver?

    Yes I do deliver for free in local area up to 3 miles, however there will be charge if it is further. Cakes can also be collected. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    I accept bank transfers, cash or payment via PayPal.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    All deposits are non-refundable, full refund will not be accepted. 



  • COVID related query

    Cake can be collected from outside with safe distance with mask on.


    In the event any of us at home develop symptoms, we would have to self-isolate and I will have no choice but to cancel the order and deep clean before reopening. You will receive full refund inc deposit. 

  • What if I have an allergy?

    RLJ Cakes is NOT an allergy-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies. At RLJ Cakes we recognise the seriousness of food allergies and we recommend that you contact us before you place an order to inform us of any food allergies that you or your party may have, we reserve the right to decline any orders for clients with serious food allergies. RLJ Cakes will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to our products.

    The following ingredients are used in our kitchen:

    •                Nuts: peanuts, pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews, coconut

    •                Wheat and gluten

    Please note that some food colourings may have an effect on behaviour in children.
